At a time in which people typically set intentions about what they will STOP doing … BE a FORCE for good, for opening to your true power. What you personally intend can have a huge ripple effect in your life and in the lives of those around you.

The New Year shouldn’t be about stopping some action that you have been socially indoctrinated to believe is keeping you from some made-up standard of success (personal popularity, financial abundance, business momentum, etc.).

The New Year is to plant the idea seeds that will expand your natural brilliance! It’s about having the nerve to play with your creative, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects on a WHOLE NEW LEVEL.

This is not downplay time … it is UPLIFT time!

On a personal level be clear about your priorities and focus:

• What do you need more than anything else; what do you desire?
• In what KEY way can you expand your brilliance?
• What new skill, creative act, interaction or adventure is calling to you right now?

All manifestation is the outcome of magnetic and electric energy. The magnetism comes from the idea, from the HOW you will hold space for the answer to this need or desire to show up? This might entail enacting a ritual that affirms your intentional to realize your need or desire. It might include regular visualization that connects your idea-your vision to an uplifted feeling tone.
From my book Collective Manifestation I offer this practice: Close your eyes and feel your connection to Earth and Heaven. Place your hands palms upward on your thighs. In your right hand hold high energy (of a beloved pet, a favorite place, an exciting activity). Generate this energy until you feel yourself infused with the bounty of it, until you feel a peaceful smile in your heart or on your face. In your left hand hold the vision of that which you wish to manifest. Now send the high heart energy in your right hand through your heart center and into your left hand. Keep imagining and sensing this energy exchange until you sense that you have “charged” your vision. Close this practice of giving and receiving of frequency feeling uplifted.

On a collective level decide on your participation and impact:

What do you see that the world needs more than anything else?How will you contribute energetic momentum that addresses this need?

• Will you share information that is useful, inspirational or enlightening?
• Are you interested in starting a group, inventing a product/process or creating visibility for what it is you see a need for?
• Perhaps you would like to join an initiative that already exists?

No matter what you intend to do, be sure that it aligns with the values you want to express through your precious energy this year. Intend to stay in alignment with these living values that you embody through each project, activity and relationship.

Know that it’s alright to feel awkward in the expanded expression of your brilliance. Each time we uplift to a new level, we take on new learning, new ways of doing things. Awkwardness is part of dis-association from social programming and old paradigms.

Anyone who reads this is a pioneer of the heart. Nothing is more important than the expansion of your brilliance. From my heart to yours, I hope you each find the paths and opportunities that bloom your star radiance!
