Tuning Into New Energetic Structure Post Summer Solstice

PIC_0153Last weekend we arrived at summer solstice and are now welcoming new energy and fresh enlightenment potential. There is new vibrational structure. This is a highly energetic vibration aligned with collective growth and with our individual chakra systems. This is a true turning point for collective manifestation.

The energetic wave we had been riding prior to the summer solstice saw many of us cleaning, clearing, releasing, and making room (inside our personal energetic field and in our exterior environments) for new possibility. Like mothers of all species we were consciously and unconsciously making room for the birth of a more evolved energy and more signs of human evolution.

Personally, I cleared and released past-stories and ego-based fears in preparation for a house move. I let old security fears rise up for review and release. I newly noticed and appreciated how I approach change. I exerted much energy cleaning and painting our home toward our goal of down-sizing and simplifying our lives. Then it was time to pause, and to trust – to let the energy wave that was coming through our co-creative reality field align our focused efforts with incoming energy.

In any manifestation process, collective or personal, it’s important to know when you have done enough. It’s worry and anxiety that keeps us doing, doing, doing in fear that we have missed some critical step.

Yet, as we receive the new energy available to support us, we can relax into the understanding that it’s never ALL UP TO US to make things happen, to complete the manifesting process.

At that point after we’ve set the stage for manifestation and co-creation – and prior to seeing the outcome of our intentions and action – it is important to be present in calmness.

We nurture vision through our heart connection. We can tune into our beliefs about what we are hoping to manifest for the benefit of self and all connected beings. If we omit the calm presence, we inadvertently may create unnecessary chaos for self and others. It’s like a wave that has broken on shore and is receding into the ocean once again. Instead of merging easily the receding energy wave can collide with the next wave moving quickly forward. When we are in calm, no collision!

Also, it’s worth remembering that as thinking, assessing, assuming, story-creating humans we “ingest” the energy we make. Our mental mind becomes part of our energy field. So be conscious of the energy you are creating, ingesting, carrying, and conveying to the world.

Be a force for vibrant co-creation and peace. At this pivotal time in our human progress, don’t forget to build in the vibration of calmness, of trust, of belief to your manifesting and co-creative processes. Luxuriate in that space of open possibility before physical manifestation takes place. Get to know that space of being “on the verge” of something exciting and new. Befriend it with joy.

No matter how anxious we are to enact change and see the world evolve for the good of all, there is no real rush. Rushing helps nothing. As we learn to play with the more expansive energy available to us we will see our connection to nature and to all living beings with more clarity and more imagination. We will intuit perfect timing. We will connect in wholeness to our purpose for being on Earth right now.

Love and radiance to all you loving co-creators!

Collective Learning and Inspiration: LyceumLive Launches

changing the worldRecently, I was lucky enough to be the inaugural speaker for a new Boston-based organization called LyceumLive that is dedicated to creating forums for information around positive change, and for contributing to a world that works.

As founder Rose Dunn says: “I founded LyceumLive because I believe that good information leads to inspiration. Few would argue that the world needs change, but we get overwhelmed about where to begin. Many of us stand on the sidelines because we don’t know how to reshape our world. We feel our hearts longing to belong to something bigger than ourselves, but its scary to enact change alone.”

Opportunities like LyceumLive are vital to empowering collective consciousness. It’s a way for people to share their passion around societal and environmental changes.

What I experienced at my LyceumLive presentation at the lovely Center at Westwoods was diverse community showing up to consider new viewpoints and new possibilities around the co-creation of intentional community. Attendees explored the values they desire to live through groups and communities, as well as how to create cohesive groups committed to change.

Participants played at co-creating intentional community, discussing the importance of aligning their individual talents and strengths toward a focused goal.

“LyceumLive provides a path forward for people in my community here in the Boston area,” says Dunn. “By connecting thought leaders with curious seekers and dialoguing around various issues and possibilities collaboration becomes more inspired and hopeful. World change can begin anywhere caring individuals gather.”

Several of the participants commented that they were thrilled and relieved to meet others with similar passions around positive world change. Participants of the Collective Manifestation workshop included a permaculture expert, a leadership facilitator, an author, a business coach, a branding mentor, a mid-wife, a professional organizer, and a mother searching for a way to expand her nurturing ability into the world, among others.World change and shifting the collective consciousness into empowered possibilities is happening through new organizations like LyceumLive. What to do when worry overwhelms you!

Worry, worry. Sometimes it’s overwhelming.

spinning out of control

We see everything that is going wrong in the world. We worry about changes and all that is unknown in our personal lives. We worry about our future, about children and their future. We desire to help others and live a satisfying life…but how?

How do we move past paralyzing worry and spinning thoughts that take us out of our power?

When our minds get on a worry track our creativity energy is directed in a non-productive way.

When worry, anxiety and fear drives manifestation, we cannot positively tap into solutions that already exist, and we bog down co-creation with others.

When worry about all that can go wrong outweighs our perspective around positive possibilities, it’s time to find one’s still heart center afresh.

finding your heart desireFinding one’s heart center can be as simple as Pausing. Breathing.

Finding one’s heart center can be a s simple of relinquishing control and holding space for grace to show up.

Finding one’s heart center can mean listening from a heart that is neither here nor there … but everywhere and full of every potential.

Finding your heart center can be as simple as a five-minute meditation or walk along the beach.

These simple steps make space between worry tracks for soul to speak, to get a word in. And often all we need is a few heart-felt words to start anew, refreshed and reminded of our true path.

Then we can experience a renewed sense of trust again. Trust in our path. Trust that we are enough. Trust in the evolution of all beings. It is, after all, not all up to us personally to right the world.

In a world that feels unsteady, we can only right ourselves.

When we aren’t being pulled off center by any particular worry we can open our energy field to inspiration and new direction.

From the center of a still heart consciousness can choose us!

A peaceful heart is a non-resistant channel for greater soul emergence, for creative impulses, for amazing realizations, for action that aligns to divine will.

May you all experience the love, grace and truth that surround you at all times.

Why the Global Crisis Is The Perfect Creative Challenge to Expand Human Potential

butterfly cocoon

The global crisis we face on many fronts – environmental, economic, education, political, social – may just be the perfect challenge to help us liberate ourselves from the cocoon of old programming, to spread our creative wings, and to advance human potential.

If there is one thing centuries of disasters has shown, humans tend to meet seismic challenges as bigger and better expressions of their everyday selves. In times of crises we tend to give more generously of both our outer resources (time, money, muscle, possessions) and of our inner resources of the heart, mind and spirit.

To creatively address our current global challenges, we need to be at this high-level of heart, mind and spirit commitment with more consistency.

Everything seems to be conspiring for us to rebirth our self identity, so that we bring forth new creative abilities and combined super-human strengths. For many of us this means letting-go of the old version of our self – the self that thought following a prescribed path was the answer to success.

Time to get off-road in order to connect to different factions of human potential (realizing that the whole is more than the sum of the parts). We need to unite with like-minded and diverse people with a high level of excitement and creativity and commitment.

To expand human potential, we need to brave authentic and vulnerable engagement – a willingness to be seen and heard as we likewise listen and process expanded possibilities with an open mind.

To give visibility to human potential, we need to keep expressing ourselves with transparency so that others are encouraged to join their talents, passions and interests with ours without fear of hidden ego-directed agendas.

Quite simply, we need to show up for the one thing that we are most passionate about. Directed by that inspiration, we can collaborate and newly manifest from various combinations of human brilliance and expanded heart energy.

We can’t afford to be living life halfway. Who wants to anyways?

All around me I see people responding to various areas of passion with their best balanced selves fully in gear. And, this is the tip of the iceberg of human potential that is engaged and expanded. This is just the tip of the iceberg of what needs to happen in order for human potential to shift into a higher gear.

We’re in this together and there really isn’t anything we can’t do…except be complacent! Our greatest achievements, contributions and life fulfillment depends on a resounding “Yes!” to this life adventure, to exactly the adventure all around us.

Like never before, we are being presented with the perfect challenges to really show what humans can be, express, and do. I hope you decide to be ALL IN.

Liberating Human Worth Through New Value Systems

The last couple of months have been a struggle as some of my ego-mind, socially-programmed beliefs around self-worth and money have been challenged once again.

money mirror dbDeprogramming myself from money values inherited at every level of the collective Western mind is tough. It’s like struggling out of a cocoon that no longer fits — that limits emergent potential. To challenge inherited programming challenges our sense of how we fit into established societal structures, how we offer value to others and how we derive self-value.

Yet, it is just this struggle that ensures strong wings for the liberation that follows. Unconscious programming and automatic alignment to old beliefs come to light so that we can reevaluate old stories and structures. It is what every generation faces as it asks collectively:

  • “Are my parent’s values my values?”
  • Do society’s values align to my current conscious values?
  • How I define success?
  • Do I give my authority and power away by letting exterior value systems define my self-worth, my service to others, and my contributions to the greater world community?

I can see how I had to feel angry about finances for the hundredth time in order to break free from the old social programming. The lie of old beliefs had to be revealed and create inner chaos, in order for a reassessment around self-worth to ensue. I had to willingly detach from the old money paradigm I once embraced. I had to choose a new game to play.

Just as the butterfly fights for liberation, I had to face the struggle. I chose to surrender to the process of transforming my belief systems in order to play a more connected and collaborative abundance game.

Expressions of Value
On the other side of this liberation from the traditional money model, I was able to take a Big Picture view of what humanity has valued through the ages.

Here’s the main point: Money has not always been the currency humans valued or exchanged. The money model is relatively new. We’re so far removed from this truth in our modern age that we can have tunnel vision around our true worth. It’s good to remember that money is a relatively recent exchange system expressing value. There will be new models as we evolve as a species.

In the early stage of human development, fire was a kind of currency that allowed human development to make a significant leap forward. If you had fire, you were able to take survival to the next level.

Next, creative impulses, tools and symbolic language gave humans a new way to express themselves. This expression on cave walls and rocks around the globe still fascinates us, as we extract the meaning and the minds behind the depictions.

Language itself can be viewed as a kind of currency. Rather than living only through instincts for survival, language meant humans could expand mental processing. They could communicate choice, express desire, negotiate, and develop burgeoning intelligence. This developmental stage brought thought and language forward to help balance our fight or flight survival instincts with mental reasoning.

Water was, and still is, an important fluid currency. The value of water was that it allowed humans to put down roots, grow their own food and to flourish. This path of development was central to the emergence of modern civilization structure, to the form of community we recognize today.

What is the next currency or value system?
The days of money as the highest-value currency are waning. It is time to release money-related beliefs that actually lower humanity’s collective sense of self-worth and it’s perceptions of “what is enough.”

We are at the point in which traditional money systems no longer facilitate human development. Progressively, a person at a time, we are consciously releasing the need to chase the next carrot (linear thinking) and move into more holistic thinking about our true worth and what we have to give and receive, to exchange.

Breaking from money cocoon
For humans to collectively make the next leap forward we need to reassign value more diversely and expansively. We need to liberate our abilities and our immense creativity. The new currency system must facilitate what we long to co-create and collectively manifest as a reflection of evolving collective consciousness.

Expanded collective expression (collective voice) will be part of the next currency
I believe that expanded human expression through the power of relationship is the currency we need to make the next big leap toward being a species that is more noble, more kind and more generous.

Expanded human expression will be reflected in kinder self-talk, more balanced partnerships, more inclusive group collaborations, and in our diverse societies and communities that allow everyone to express their genius (personal currency). Only by valuing our interrelatedness, our unity, will currency systems facilitate the sharing and exchange of inner and outer resources in a more balanced way.

New systems for giving and receiving that align to a more sustainable lifestyle are being shaped.

The new systems will better reflect value driven from a healthy regard for multidimensional self-worth and interrelated worth to community. New exchange systems will better express humanity’s true potential.

This is what I newly I believe. What do you believe?

Collective Manifestation Mind Map of New Grace Paradigm

We can collectively manifest from fear and degraded old systems and structures, or we can collectively manifest from grace and the willingness to vision into new structures and systems.

By manifesting from grace we acknowledge that all is not known and that we are on a joined path of co-creation from the highest vision we can hold at this time.

Manifestation from a Grace Paradigm assumes trust is an integral aspect of the “how” of new manifesting.

Favorite The Magic That Is Needed to Change the Collective Narrative

This is a  wonderful short video featuring Sufi mystic and teacher Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee. He speaks very gently about the need to change humanity’s narrative, a narrative of earthly destruction and the entrancement of consumerism. The new story he speaks to is about inner entrancement that can match the pull of our outer entrancement. Significant change in the outer world must start by connecting to the magic of our inner world.

Please watch and enjoy.

This is a message I speak to in Collective Manifestation. I include five paths to intuitive knowing to encourage readers to develop the ability to play with manifestation from the unseen world of energy, focused from their heart-mind. As long as we push pieces around on the surface of life, there will be power plays and competition for what is “seen.” By delving into the connected abundance of our inner worlds we can come into collaboration and into high creativity to address our global issues and to bring magic into our lives.

Much love and light, Melissa

How are you aligning your energy?

2015 valuesYou embody precious energy. You extend and connect this YOU energy each time you align with a person, a project, an opinion, a choice. So how conscious are you about aligning your energy in a way that is positive rather than negative?

What story do you tell yourself when you align in a particular way and you reach dead energy or dropped energy? This may be a project that goes nowhere or a friendship that disappears. You may take a step that “should” work, “should” help you reach your goals, and yet you can’t shake the feeling that little or no energy is enlivening the connection.

Alternatively, do you notice when your energy is gladly received and this appreciation charges your energy to greater heights? When we are in alignment we can be inspired by others, by causes, by creative opportunities, by fun adventures. when we are misaligned we can be depleted and confused.

Misalignment is especially frustrating when what works for others, doesn’t seem to work for us. Our logical minds may insist that we’ve taken the right step and yet all the markers for aligned energy are missing. There is no synchronicity. There is no flow. Each step feels like pushing a boulder uphill. There is static, disruption, frustration.

Conscious alignment of your personal and collective energy is key to experiencing life that is satisfying and fulfilling. Consciously align your energy to things, activity, places and people that match your core values. When you do this you will experience more:

  • Flow – All falls into place. No worries arise. Movement exists. All is right in the world. In relationships and collaborations give and take exists in balance.
  • Charged Inspiration – This is the state of joyous uplift and responsiveness that leads to new ideas and additional creativity. In this charged state all is electric and full of potential.
  • Easy Exuberance – The sense that you have found a perfect outlet to match your own energy, your skills, your interest, your passion. This alignment produces a balanced feeling of both peace and inner jumping for joy all at once.

In these changing times, discernment and practice will help you align your energy where it does the most good and has the greatest impact. It’s not about quantity; it’s about quality connections.

What are the new economy stories?

This video is an example of a new narrative around the economy. There are new stories being created around education, health care, the judicial systems, co-leadership….

What new story are you creating…telling…affirming? What impact will that new story have on Self, on Others, locally, on the planet?

Can we hold space for new stories to unfold without jumping in to criticize them as they are still forming?

Can we allow others to start a narrative that pushes all our socialized, programmed buttons?

How do we truly release the old story while living a new narrative? What are the transitional bridges that we need?

Lots of change, lots of possibilities.
